Hey Merrick,
I just wanted to share with you a mini success story that happened to me this morning.
I was able to fit into a pair of dress pants I haven't been able to the past few years today! I tried them 2 weeks ago and was not even able to make the two ends meet let alone hook them. Well today was a completely different outcome. Not only did they meet they latched with only a bit or persuasion. :)
It's starting to make a difference!

I hooped at the Y today and I felt a big difference when I went 1 on 1. I felt a different level of confidence like I could shoot , drive or do whatever I wanted. I didn't think the attack dribble would do much yet but I actually made a guy stumble TWICE! Not done yet though, Motivation to work harder.
