The Gloucester-Cumberland Basketball Association (GCBA) is an incorporated non-profit recreational sports association which offers children, between the ages of 5 and 18 years of age, opportunities to participate and enjoy the game of basketball in a community setting. We have been operating in the Orleans area since 1981 and operate with the assistance of over 200 community volunteers.
9 Moves Consulting offers over11 years of experience in management, leadership, organizational process improvement, team development and change management.
We will work through a time-tested process from establishing a plan, sorting and purging, to final organization. As we go, I will be establishing systems to last beyond the immediate work.
