We are not your typical fitness centre! With access to our 2,300 square feet state of the art low-impact court surface, all of your workouts will be dynamic, challenging and fun! We use training equipment that are not typically found in local gyms due to space constraints. To compliment traditional fitness equipment we use obstacle courses, plyometric boxes, Nike SPARQ equipment and special resistance bands that cannot be purchased at your local fitness store. We take pride in every client that walks into our facility. You will not be pressured into anything and will be educated to understand how fitness training can improve your life.
All personal training sessions are 1 hour in length.
